Things to do in the summer
The village features a ball court, sandbox, and swings. Less than 1000 meters away you’ll find great swimming spots in Lake Siljan. Just 3 km from the village lies Rättvik Golf Club with a beautiful 18-hole course. In Rättvik you’ll also find summer tobogganing, mini golf, tennis, bowling, a public swimming pool, horseback riding, mountain biking trails, kayaking, boat tours on Siljan, and much, much more.
Things to do in the winter
Within the village there’s a sledding hill, and nearby you’ll find ski slopes, cross-country trails, and ice skating. For indoor activities, Rättvik also offers a public swimming pool and bowling.

About the Siljan Region
Rättvik is located in the heart of the Siljan region and is a popular destination all year round. The area offers a wide range of activities as well as a rich variety of music, local crafts, outdoor adventures and more. It’s the perfect getaway – whether you’re looking for a relaxing break or an active holiday.
In town, you’ll find a great selection of shops, restaurants, and cafés. Rättvik also has a cultural center with a large library. Within 30 minutes, you can reach attractions like Leksand Sommarland, Tomteland in Gesunda, the open-air arena Dalhalla, the picturesque village of Tällberg, the finish line of the Vasaloppet in Mora, the Zorn Museum, and the iconic Dala horse production in Nusnäs.
